Incident Summary:
01/21/2018: Assailants in Syria fired rockets into Baris, Kilis, Turkey. This was one of three related rocket attacks that occurred in Kilis on this date. Seven people were injured across two of the attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and the People's Protection Units (YPG), although the YPG denied involvement.

Criteria 1

Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
