Incident Summary:

01/28/2018: Assailants abducted two Rohingya refugees, identified as Saif Ullah and Shawkat Ullah, from Kutupalong camp in Chittagong, Bangladesh. The hostages were injured in the assault, and their whereabouts are unknown. The wife of one of the victims was also injured in the attack. The Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA) claimed responsibility for the attack.
