02/04/2018: An explosive device detonated as an ambulance passed by responding to an earlier attack in Palma Gil, Talaingod, Davao del Norte, Philippines. There were no reported casualties. This was one of two related attacks that took place in the area on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People’s Army (NPA).
