02/11/2018: Two explosive devices detonated along Rachabamrung road near Yaring School in Yamu, Pattani, Thailand. At least one person, identified as district officer Adun Minsen, was injured in the blast. This was one of two related attacks in Yamu within a 10-minute period. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.

Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
