Incident Summary:

03/03/2018: Assailants threw an explosive device at a Colombian Conservative Party campaign rally in Segovia, Antioquia, Colombia. At least nine people, including two police officers, were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected the involvement of the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN) in the attack.
