Incident Summary:
04/24/2018: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden motorcycle near a Pakistani Police truck along Airport Road in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. In addition to the assailant, at least six officers were killed and seven other officers were injured in the blast. This was one of two related suicide bombings in Quetta on the same day. Hizb-ul-Ahrar (HuA) and the Khorasan Chapter of the Islamic State separately claimed responsibility for the attacks.
