Incident Summary:

05/03/2018: Assailants detonated explosives targeting Niambalang Bridge and attacked houses in Nyassia, Ziguinchor, Senegal. One person was killed and eight fishing huts were set on fire in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that Movement of Democratic Forces of Casamance may have been involved in the attack, which officials refuted.
