Incident Summary:

05/10/2018: Assailants opened fire on two civilians in San Isidro, Negros Occidental, Philippines. One civilian, identified as Lusan Ledama, was killed and the other, identified as Jose Villagante, was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People’s Army (NPA).
