Incident Summary:
05/15/2018: Assailants attacked security checkpoints in Dih Yak district, Ghazni, Afghanistan. This was one of six coordinated attacks that occurred in Ghazni on this date. At least 54 people, including 10 soldiers and 44 assailants, were killed and 16 others, including eight soldiers and eight assailants, were injured across the six attacks. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incidents.

Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
