Incident Summary:

05/23/2018: Assailants attacked the residence of a tribal member in Umm al Hintah, Diyala, Iraq. At least five people, including two assailants and three civilians, were killed and seven others, including three civilians and four assailants, were injured in the attack and ensuing clash with security forces. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
