06/09/2018: Assailants attacked a police base in Qalay-i-Zal district, Kunduz, Afghanistan. At least 27 people, including 19 police officers and eight assailants were killed and five police officers and nine assailants were injured in the ensuing clash. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
