06/11/2018: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vest targeting employees of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in the 6th police district of Kabul, Afghanistan. In addition to the assailant, at least 17 people were killed and 40 people were injured in the blast. The Khorasan Chapter of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident.
