06/11/2018: Assailants armed with machetes attacked Gananga, Nangade, Cabo Delgado, Mozambique. At least four people were killed and several houses were set on fire in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Ansar al-Sunna (Mozambique).
