Incident Summary:

06/29/2018: Assailants opened fire on the convoy of Jean Baptiste Lemoyne, the French Secretary of State for Europe and Foreign Affairs, in Buea, Fako, South-West, Cameroon. Lemoyne was unharmed, but two soldiers were killed and an unknown number of people were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to separatists.
