Incident Summary:

07/04/2018: An explosive device detonated near a joint Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR) and Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) convoy in Namliyah, Deir ez-Zor, Syria. Following the blast, assailants then opened fire on the convoy. At least two people were killed in the attack. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
