Incident Summary:

07/05/2018: Assailants opened fire on two vehicles carrying Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Caad, Mudug, Somalia. One woman was killed and several others were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Al-Shabaab and noted that the victims were fleeing the village after a previous attack had taken place there.
