There were no reported casualties in the attack. An Anti-Trump extremist, identified as Martin Astrof, claimed responsibility for the incident, stating that he "wanted to kill supporters of President Donald Trump and U.S. Rep. Lee Zeldin" and reportedly made remarks about immigration policies at the scene.
