07/11/2018: Assailants attacked a police checkpoint in the 5th police district of Farah, Afghanistan. At least five assailants and four police officers were killed and seven assailants and six officers were injured in the ensuing clash. Additionally, 15 police officers were abducted in the attack; their whereabouts are unknown. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
