Incident Summary:
07/12/2018: An assailant poured gasoline all around his condominium in an attempt to burn down the entire complex at 5601 Collins Avenue in Miami, Florida, United States. There were no reported casualties as authorities were able to arrest the suspect before he could start the fire. The assailant was identified as Walter Edward Stolper and authorities stated the Stolper wanted to "burn down the building with all the f------ Jews." Sources also noted that Nazi memorabilia, including a Santa Hitler mug, was found in his residence.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
There must be evidence of an intention to coerce, intimidate, or convey some other message to a larger audience (or audiences) than the immediate victims.
