07/26/2018: Assailants set up a fake checkpoint and opened fire on a police vehicle in Tagsagaong, Tomoaong, Davao Oriental, Philippines. One police officer was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
