Incident Summary:

07/28/2018: Eight assailants attacked a former Oriade executive secretary and Action Democratic Party (ADP) supporter, Taiwo Fatiregun, with machetes in the Oju Odo, Ijebu Ijesa, Osun, Nigeria. Fatiregun was injured in the attack. An unknown group claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that Taiwo Fatiregun was targeted because he supported Chief Moshood Adeoti, a former Secretary to the State Government who planned to pursue governorship.
