08/13/2018: Assailants slit the throat of Chhotu Kumar, a civilian, near Satpokhara, Bihar, India. The assailants then planted explosives in Kumar's body. This was one of two related attacks in Satpokhara in a 24-hour period. Maoists claimed responsibility for the incident.
