08/00/2018: Sometime between August 12, 2018 and August 18, 2018, assailants planted an unknown number of landmines along a road in Sulimankhel, Paktia, Afghanistan. Security forces began an operation to clear the devices. There were no reported casualties. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
