08/29/2018: An explosive device detonated near Khaled Obediat close to Nawruz Ali Roundabout along Raju Road in Afrin, Aleppo, Syria. At least two people, including Obediat, an Al-Sham Legion commander, were killed and 18 other people were injured in the blast; the victims included Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) soldiers, militia members, and civilians. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
