Incident Summary:

08/30/2018: Assailants threw an incendiary device at the office of Timothy Mtambo, a Center for Human Rights and Rehabilitation (CHRR) activist, in Lilongwe, Malawi. No casualties were reported. This was one of two related attacks at the CHRR office on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to cadres of the Democratic Progressive Party (Malawi).
