09/04/2018: Assailants attacked commercial vehicles in Pulka, Borno, Nigeria. Two people, including a soldier and a civilian, were killed and 21 civilians were abducted in the attack. The 21 hostages were rescued on September 6, 2018. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
