Incident Summary:

09/04/2018: Assailants attacked Mile 2 town and attempted to attack the convoy of the Minister of Basic Education in Bamenda, North-West, Cameroon. Security forces repelled the attack and, during the ensuing clashes, at least three security personnel were injured and an unknown number of other people were killed or injured. no group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to separatists.
