09/05/2018: An explosive device detonated targeting a police convoy escorting trucks carrying food aid in Qarghah Now, Ghor, Afghanistan. Three police personnel, including the district police chief, were killed in the attack. Additionally, the assailants hijacked 14 trucks carrying wheat. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
