09/16/2018: An explosive device detonated targeting joint patrol of the Iraqi Army and the tribal mobilization forces in Islah, near Jalawla, Diyala, Iraq. One tribal mobilization forces member was killed and five others were injured in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
