09/19/2018: Assailants opened fire on an unknown number of military checkpoints in Aq Tapa, Kunduz, Afghanistan. At least five assailants and three security personnel were killed and two security personnel were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
