09/30/2018: Assailants threw a grenade and opened fire on a police station in Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir, India. A police officer, Saqib Mir, was killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Hizbul Mujahideen (HM).
