Incident Summary:

10/11/2018: An assailant armed with a knife attacked Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) personnel between Har Brakha and Itamar, south of Nablus, West Bank. One soldier and a civilian were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources identified the assailant as Mo’ez Ahmad Qassem Hajj Ali, a Palestinian extremist.
