10/24/2018: Assailants armed with clubs and rocks attacked Maria Corina Machado and her supporters in Upata, Bolivar, Venezuela. At least 20 people, including Machado, an opposition leader, were injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to Chavistas.
