10/28/2018: Assailants opened fire on Rusty Caminade in Mamballo, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental, Philippines. Caminade, the municipal civil defense chief, was killed in the attack. The New People's Army (NPA) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that Rusty Caminade was responsible for two murders.
