Incident Summary:

11/02/2018: Assailants abducted a Peshmerga fighter and a civilian, identified as Fahmi Salih Mustafa and Sarhan Muhammad Salih, in Tuqtuq, Dibis, Kirkuk, Iraq. The two hostages were released on November 16, 2018. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
