Incident Summary:

11/08/2018: Assailants stormed the May 22 hospital and took hospital patients and staff hostage on the roof following clashes elsewhere in the city in Hudaydah, Al Hudaydah, Yemen. Specific casualty and hostage outcomes were not reported. On November 13th, 2018 the hospital was burned down by the assailants as they retreated. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Houthi extremists (Ansar Allah).
