Incident Summary:
11/13/2018: Assailants attacked farmers in Kazaa, Monguno, Borno, Nigeria. This was one of three related incidents targeting farmers in this area on this day. At least 15 farmers were killed and an unknown number of others were missing across two of the attacks in Kazaa and Daraa. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incidents to the Al-Barnawi faction of Boko Haram, also known as the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP).
