11/13/2018: Assailants abducted a civilian from Khanabad district, Kunduz, Afghanistan. The hostage was killed later the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban and noted that the victim was targeted because his late brother had been a member of a local militia.
