11/23/2018: An explosive device detonated targeting a military patrol near the Cano Limon-Covenas Oil Pipeline in Tarra, Norte de Santander, Colombia. Two soldiers were killed and two more were wounded. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army (ELN).
