Incident Summary:

12/02/2018: An explosive device attached to the vehicle of the director of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications detonated at a checkpoint near the ministry in Waberi, Mogadishu, Somalia. The driver of the vehicle, Sa'id Huke Jama, was killed and two civilians were injured in the blast. Al-Shabaab claimed responsibility for the incident.
