12/02/2018: Assailants stopped coal trucks and abducted 45 drivers in Khushk Dara, Samangan, Afghanistan. The hostages were released shortly after the kidnapping. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban and stated that the drivers refused to respond to the group's extortion demand.
