12/11/2018: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle targeting a National Directorate of Security (NDS) convoy in Bala Chinar, Kabul, Afghanistan. In addition to the assailant, 12 people, including civilians, were killed and 12 people were injured in the blast. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
