Incident Summary:

12/00/2018: Sometime between December 1 2018, and December 31, 2018, assailants abducted four members of the Bozo community in Toguere Koumbe, Mopti, Mali. The four victims were executed and their bodies were discovered on February 16, 2019. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Muslim extremists.
