Incident Summary:

01/10/2019: Assailants attacked an unknown number of checkpoints in Qalay-i-Zal district, Kunduz, Afghanistan. At least 10 security personnel were killed and 11 were injured in the attack. In addition, 25 assailants were killed in the ensuing clash. The victims included soldiers and police officers. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
