Incident Summary:

01/18/2019: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near a Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) office in Idlib, Syria. At least 11 people, including HTS members and civilians, were killed and 20 other people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
