02/04/2019: An explosive device detonated targeting the Transandino oil pipeline in El Pailon, between Pasto and Tumaco, Narino, Colombia. There were no reported casualties, but the pipeline was damaged in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
