02/16/2019: Assailants fired mortar shells targeting a military-led medical mission at Tanum Elementary School in Tanum, Sulu, Philippines. There were no reported casualties. The East Asia Division of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources also attributed the attack to Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG).
