Incident Summary:

02/17/2019: Assailants attacked members of the Abbas tribe in Al Bayda, Yemen. At least two tribe members and one assailant were killed and three people were injured in the ensuing clash. In addition, three tribal leaders were kidnapped. The outcome of the abduction is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Houthi extremists.
