Incident Summary:

02/19/2019: Assailants raided an internally displaced persons (IDP) camp in Ngouboua, Lac, Chad. At least five people were killed and four people were injured in the attack. This was one of two incidents in Lac on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
