03/13/2019: Assailants attempted to kidnap Ansar Abbas, the son of a tehsildar, in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Abbas's relatives intervened, stopping the abduction, but the assailants killed two people and injured two others in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
